MANAGE INTERMENT PROGRAM FOR CEMETERIES

• Management interment program service is available for Cemetery Owners, Cemetery Managers, Cemetery Boards, Township Trustees, Municipalities, etc.; whether the cemetery is active or inactive.
• Management of interment programs for inactive cemeteries includes data entry for all burials found through existing or outdated interment programs along with readings from the local Genealogy/Historical Societies or Libraries, including public libraries. Data entry will be finished when there is no further interments found to input into the interment program to store for data integrity for generations to come.
  
• Management of interment program for active cemeteries includes inventory management, burial records, and all data entry for those that purchased plots and have been buried in them. Data entry will be finished when there are no further interments found to input into the interment program.
  
• Service pricing is based on services being performed from my home office. Travel to on-site can be arranged, but will be at an additional charge.
• Service does not include the purchase of software/programs.
• Service requires a consultation and a signed contract before starting each client's project. The consultation will allow me to better understand the client's business needs. The contract will be a receipt of service for the client. It will outline the service being provided, the cost, the start date & end date. Copies of contracts should be provided to the client's accountant for tax time.
