• VIP Day Workshops for Small Business Owners are perfect to schedule exclusive one-on-one time into any busy day.
• Workshops are available for every type of Small Business
• These intensives are meant to cover topics for all things that need to be dealt with quickly and within the day.
• They are ideal for the entrepreneur who is a one-person show and needs immediate help resolving any business issue that arises.
• Some of the topics covered during these workshops have included:  (1) Finance resolution, (2) System workflows, (3) Office organization & setup, (4) Software updates, (5) Business Strategizing, (6) Brainstorming + Organizing, (7) Succession Planning, (8) Business Start-up, (9) Business Auditing, (10) Accountability Partnering, (11) Mentoring, and more.
• The short-term workshop is for only 1 session of 3 hours. The workshop is ideal for small projects. The workshop can be repeatedly purchased as the business owner's small projects arise.
  
• The long-term workshop is for a total of 30 hours. The workshop is broken down into 10 sessions of 3-hour sessions. Workshop is ideal for large projects or multiple, small projects that need to be completed in succession.
  
• Sessions can cover any topic or assistance that a business owner needs for short-term or long-term planning.
• Sessions can be a mixture of working sessions and follow-up sessions.
• The workshop does not include the purchase of any software/program.
• Workshops require a consultation and a signed contract before starting each client's project. The consultation will allow me to better understand the client's business needs. The contract will be a receipt of service for the client. It will outline the workshop being provided, the cost, the start date & end date. Copies of contracts should be provided to the client's accountant for tax time.
