• Bookkeeping service is for every Genealogy and Historical Society throughout the United States.
  
• Bookkeeping service is for online bookkeeping with QuickBooks, HoneyBook, or FreshBooks.
  
• Bookkeeping service is for one business at one location with one bank account and one credit card account. Charges are multiplied for additional businesses, locations and bank accounts.
• Bookkeeping service does not include payroll service. Recommendations can be made to client for that service.
• Entering incomes and expenses.
  
• Creating invoices & emailing to customers/clients.
  
• Performing monthly bank reconciliation.
  
• Sales tax reporting & submission.
  
• Help to create year-end reports.
• Help to create financial statements & explain them.
• Service does not include the purchase of bookkeeping software or program.
• Service requires a consultation and a signed contract prior to the start of each client's project. The consultation will allow me to better understand the client's specific business needs. The contract will be a receipt of service for the client. It will outline the service being provided, the cost, the start date & end date. Copies of contracts should be provided to the client's accountant for tax time.
