I am so Thankful I came across your website. After being in retail for decades, as an employee of others, I am more than comfortable with the “workings” of what needs to happen inside the walls of a shop. But, I was certainly afraid to step out on my own because it was beyond my area of expertise. Having Sherri set the systems I needed up and make everything into a workflow that made sense to me was such a relief. Not only can I manage everything within the walls myself, but I can also manage all the details of owning a business.
