Hey there friends!
When it comes to being a small business owner, I think most of us feel like we have to handle ALL things on our own and we have to stay up-to-date on EVERY new program and piece of technology that comes onto the market.
The reality is, if we’re focusing on everything except creating services or products that bring in revenue then we are going to become burnt out very quickly.
We, the small business owners, need to be producing revenue through services or products along with providing great customer care to retain clients. We’re not meant to be ALL knowing about every single new thing that hits the market. And, we certainly can’t be a one-person show and DO IT ALL by ourselves.
That’s where people like me come in. I’m a behind-the-scenes person who provides a supporting role to the owners of small businesses.
Does your to-do list include any of the following?
- Creating graphics and marketing materials
- Creating blog posts that engage new customers and retain existing ones
- Create proposals or contracts
- Research for a new product or service you want to add to your business
- Manage your social media accounts with new posts and engage with your followers
- Setup a business program to create a workflow for your repetitive tasks within each day
- Setup an accounting program to invoice customers, accept their payments and categorize your income and expenses for tax time
- Setup a new website or update your existing one with new products or services
When you look at your responsibilities as a small business owner, just like in the list above, do you feel like it’s a never-ending list of things that you just don’t have time to do…or don’t feel comfortable attempting?
Outsourcing is something that can help. I know the concept of outsourcing sounds scary to some; possibly because owners don’t know how to get started…and sometimes, honestly, some business owners aren’t sure there’s anything that can be taken off their plate.
There is help and there are things that can be taken off of your plate so that you’re not bogged down and overwhelmed…or maybe you’re past that point and feeling possibly resentful and cranky. None of those feelings are going to allow you to be creative and allow you to enjoy your business and your customers.
Maybe you’re thinking, my business is too small to take advantage of outsourcing my monthly tasks to an assistant. Friend, that’s far from the truth.
My services aren’t meant to cause you stress or a shortage of income. My efficiency will get projects completed for you quickly. That’s why I’ve been in business since 1991. My clients are not only repeat clients, but have gained so much freedom by allowing me to provide support services for them that they recommend me to other small business owners.
I don’t want you to get to a place where you’re unhappy with your business. I don’t want you to get to a place where you’re turning business away because you can’t take on anymore projects right now.
Your success is my mission. I’ve felt that way about every single client since my doors opened for business. If my client’s aren’t successful that means I’m not going to be successful. And, I didn’t go into business to not be successful at it.
Owners started their business because they love what they do. That doesn’t mean the business came with a how-to manual and everything was pre-programmed for auto-pilot. It takes work to be a small business owner.
I would be honored to provide you with a customized estimate for any of your projects. Together, we can create a sustainable business for you that will allow you more freedom to be creative and to bring in more revenue for your business.
